S.N. & Company is seeking an experienced and proactive Site Engineer (Civil) to join our growing team for ongoing and upcoming Government Building, Interior & Infrastructure Projects across Uttar Pradesh

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred)

Required Experience

Candidates should have practical exposure in:

- Government Civil Construction Projects
- Reconstruction & Renovation Projects
- RCC & Masonry Works
- Interior Fit-Out Works
- False Ceiling Installation
- Flooring (Tile, Stone, Granite, Vitrified, etc.)
- Wall Finishes, Cladding & Panelling
- Painting & Finishing Works
- Doors, Windows & Joinery Coordination
- Site Quality Control & Material Management

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED -

- AutoCAD
- MS Project (Preferred)
- Quantity Estimation
- Reading Structural & Architectural Drawings
- Billing Coordination
- Planning & Progress Reporting
- Quality Control & Site Management
- Experience in Interior & Building structure
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).




- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Government Building, Institutional, or Infrastructure Projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, structural execution, and quality standards.
- Experience in Government construction projects (PWD, ASI, UPRNN, Jal Nigam, Smart City, Housing, Medical College, etc.) will be preferred.
- Excellent understanding of BOQ, drawings, quantity verification, and site coordination.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prepare professional project reports and present project status confidently.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across Uttar Pradesh.
