Job Summary

Tarini Edifice Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to lead procurement activities for IT Hardware, electrical, infrastructure, and project-related requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong vendor management, negotiation, sourcing, and inventory management skills while ensuring timely procurement, cost optimization, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, electrical materials, office supplies, and project-related items.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to achieve cost-effective procurement.
- Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders (POs), comparative statements, and procurement reports.
- Coordinate with project teams, stores, finance, and vendors to ensure timely material delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.




- Conduct market research to identify new products, suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities.

Required Skills

- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and procurement planning skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control, and supply chain management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (solid in MS Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple procurement activities within deadlines.

Eligibility

- MBA (Operations/Supply Chain) or B.Tech (Preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Vendor Management.
- Experience in IT Hardware, Infrastructure, EPC or Engineering procurement will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel for vendor visits and official assignments
- Immediate joiners will be preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
