Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers practical exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement activities.

Candidates who perform well during the internship will be considered for a permanent position within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance and leave management processes.
- Assist in HR administrative and operational activities.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

- MBA HR,



PGDM HR, BBA, B.Com, or any graduate interested in Human Resources.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop in the HR field.
