Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage the construction of fuel station projects within our organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Supervision: Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities for fuel station projects, ensuring work progresses according to the approved schedule and project specifications.

Site Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, engineers, vendors, and labour teams to ensure smooth execution of civil, electrical, plumbing, structural, and finishing works.

Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of construction work and ensure that all activities comply with approved drawings, industry standards, and project requirements.

Safety Compliance: Enforce all safety regulations, conduct regular safety briefings, and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols at the construction site.

Resource Management: Manage construction materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently to ensure optimum productivity and minimise project delays.

Project Planning: Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to plan daily site activities, monitor progress, and achieve project milestones.

Problem Solving:



Identify construction-related issues and implement timely solutions to ensure uninterrupted project execution.

Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including updates on project status, manpower deployment, material consumption, and site activities.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, work progress, material receipts, inspections, delays, variations, and other project documentation.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Experience in fuel station, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project plans.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
