Job Overview:-

We are seeking a New Tender Executive – GeM who is enthusiastic about building a career ingovernment e-procurement and IT sales. This role involves managing GeM portal activities,supporting tender and bidding processes, and coordinating with internal and externalstakeholders to ensure timely and successful bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:-

 Search, track, and analyze recent business opportunities on GeM (Government e-

Marketplace) and other e-procurement portals.

 Assist in the preparation, submission, and follow-up of bids and tenders in line with

prescribed guidelines.

 Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams for technical and commercial

documentation.

 Upload product listings, manage catalogues, and maintain pricing on the GeM portal.

 Maintain accurate records of tenders, bids, approvals, submissions, and status updates.

 Communicate with government clients for clarifications, order tracking, and post-order

support.

 Support end-to-end sales processes, including order processing, invoicing, and

collections.

 Learn and understand basic IT products, solutions, and services to support bidding and

sales activities effectively.

 Ensure compliance with GeM and tender-related rules, timelines, and documentation

requirements

Skills Required

 Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn GeM & e-procurement processes





 Good communication and coordination skills

 Strong follow-up and documentation abilities

 Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Email)

 High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
