#Key_Responsibilities :
⚡ Qualify and convert Upwork leads
⚡ Conduct client calls via audio and video
⚡ Create proposals, SOPs, and sales processes
⚡ Review proposals submitted by BDEs
⚡ Provide regular feedback to improve reply and conversion rates
⚡ Coordinate with technical teams for accurate project scoping.
⚡ Experience with Upwork proposals, client handling, and team mentoring

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
