1. Brief

We are looking for an experienced Optical & 5G Trainer to deliver technical training programs to students, trainees, and professionals in Optical Fiber Communication and 5G Technology. The trainer will be responsible for conducting practical and theoretical sessions, developing training materials, and ensuring industry-relevant skill development

2. Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct classroom and practical training on Optical Fiber Communication (OFC), Fiber Splicing, FTTH, and 5G Technology.
- Deliver hands-on training on fiber installation, testing, troubleshooting, and network deployment.
- Develop training content, lesson plans, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Evaluate trainees through assignments, practical tests, and assessments.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Stay updated with advancements in Optical Networking and 5G technologies.

3. Salary / Qualification

Qualification:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields.
- Relevant certifications in Optical Fiber, Networking, or 5G Technology will be preferred.

Experience:

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Optical Fiber Networks, Telecom, or Technical Training.

Salary:





- ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills).

7. Reporting To

- Center Manager / Training Manager
- Program Head – Recent Age Skills

8. KPI / KRA

- Minimum 95% training schedule adherence.
- Trainee attendance above 85%.
- Assessment pass percentage above 80%.
- Effective delivery of Optical Fiber and 5G training programs.
- Improvement in trainee technical competency and employability.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
