We are looking for a detail-oriented Visa Filing Executive to handle and process visa applications efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance with embassy requirements. The ideal candidate should have solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple applications within deadlines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file visa applications for various countries
- Verify and organize client documents as per embassy requirements
- Fill out visa application forms accurately (online/offline)
- Ensure all documents are complete and error-free before submission
- Coordinate with clients for missing documents and updates
- Track application status and maintain proper records
- Stay updated with latest visa rules and documentation requirements
- Handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Provide backend support to visa counselors and consultants
