We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Academic Counsellor to join our team. The role involves counseling prospective students, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them in selecting the right Online UG/PG programs. This is a target-based sales role, requiring strong counseling, communication, and conversion skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students through calls and virtual meetings.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable Online UG/PG courses.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments by achieving monthly admission targets.
- Handle high-value and complex student queries professionally.
- Follow up with leads and ensure maximum conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide end-to-end admission support.
- Mentor junior counselors and share best practices to improve team performance.
Eligibility
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Admission Counseling, or Inside Sales (preferably in EdTech or Higher Education).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and counseling skills.
- Experience working with CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
