Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile and articulate Customer Relationship & Business Development Executive (CRE cum BDE) with a strong background in the educational sector to drive client relations, inbound/outbound pitching, and global student/institutional outreach (with a strong focus on the UK and Europe).

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional English communication skills, a deep foundational understanding of educational systems, and the technical fluency to address intricate subject-related and EdTech queries. You will serve as the primary bridge between clients and our academic solutions, ensuring seamless engagement, compelling pitches, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Client Relations & Pitching: Deliver high-impact sales and relationship pitches to students, professionals, and academic partners, clearly communicating the value of our educational products.

· Academic & Technical Query Resolution: Handle complex queries regarding standard curricula, subject concepts, and technical learning tools, providing expert clarifications with confidence.

· Business Development & Outreach: Identify and pursue new growth opportunities across international educational markets, nurturing leads from initial contact to successful conversion.

· Multilingual Client Support: Engage international clients effectively using flawless written and spoken English,



with additional preference given to candidates proficient in European languages such as French or German.

· Communication & Documentation: Maintain pristine professional correspondence, tailored emails, and customer interaction logs to ensure high standards of relationship management.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Exceptional Communication: Native or bilingual-level proficiency in English (both written and spoken) with a polished, persuasive, and professional presentation style.

· Educational Sector Background: Proven experience or robust familiarity with academic systems, educational institutions, e-learning platforms, or student consultancy.

· Subject & Tech Fluency: Strong analytical grasp of diverse educational subjects and technical concepts, enabling accurate and clear responses to complex client inquiries.

· Multilingual Advantage: Proficiency in a European language (such as French or German) alongside English is highly valued.

· Qualified Demeanor: Proactive, customer-focused, and highly adaptable problem-solver capable of managing multiple global client interactions smoothly.
