Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

- Plan and execute campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- Other platforms (LinkedIn, programmatic if needed)
- Build full-funnel strategies (awareness → consideration → conversion)
- Align campaigns with client/business goals (leads, sales, bookings)

2. Performance Optimization

- Continuously optimize campaigns for:
- CPA (Cost per acquisition)
- ROAS (Return on ad spend)
- CTR, conversion rate
- Run A/B testing on:
- Creatives
- Ad copies
- Landing pages
- Identify underperforming areas and fix them using data insights

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

- Track performance using tools like:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Ads Manager dashboards
- Build weekly/monthly reports:
- Campaign performance
- Funnel metrics
- ROI analysis
- Translate data into actionable insights, not just numbers

Budget & ROI Management

- Allocate and manage ad budgets efficiently
- Forecast performance and scaling opportunities
- Ensure every campaign is optimized for maximum ROI

5. Creative & Funnel Collaboration

- Work with:
- Creative team (ads, reels, visuals)
- Content team (copies, hooks)
- Web team (landing pages)
- Suggest improvements based on performance data
- Help build high-converting funnels

6. Experimentation & Growth

- Test recent channels, formats, and strategies
- Stay updated with platform changes and trends
- Explore scaling opportunities across industries (hospitality, IVF, weddings, etc.)
