Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Plan monthly content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others.
- Create engaging content — posts, reels, stories, captions, and basic creatives.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement (DMs, comments, queries).
- Track performance metrics and share weekly/monthly reports.
- Run social media campaigns and collaborate with influencers when required.
- Stay updated with current trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
- Coordinate with the design, marketing, and product teams for content planning.

Required Skills

- Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.




- Good communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to think creatively and visually.
- Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, etc.)
- Basic understanding of analytics and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage timelines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Portfolio of previous work is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
