We are looking for a creative and energetic individual who can bring our brand to life through engaging content and compelling storytelling across digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
- Create engaging reels, videos, carousels, stories, graphics, and static posts.
- Present and record product explanation videos, showroom walkthroughs, feature demonstrations, installation videos, customer testimonials, and educational content.
- Visit project sites and the experience centre to capture high-quality photos and videos.
- Write engaging captions, scripts, blogs, and other marketing content.
- Stay updated with social media trends and create trend-based content while maintaining the premium brand image.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and the marketing team to execute campaigns.
- Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms.




- Monitor engagement and analyse content performance to improve reach and engagement.
- Assist in planning and covering exhibitions, product launches, architect meets, showroom events, and other marketing activities.
- Ensure all content reflects Dörfen's premium branding and visual identity.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for product demonstrations, educational videos, and brand promotions.
- Robust copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
