International Business Operations Manager

Pune, Maharashtra | Full-time | 5-10 years experience

Horse Power Feed & Supplements and Micronizing India LLP are seeking an experienced International Business Operations Manager to manage export documentation, regulatory compliance, international logistics and shipment execution across our equine nutrition and cereal ingredients divisions.

This is not a documentation-only role. The successful candidate will take ownership of the complete export process and ensure that every international order is executed accurately, compliantly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and review complete export documentation including invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, health certificates, phytosanitary certificates and Certificates of Analysis.

· Manage DGFT, IEC, APEDA, FSSAI, GST export and country-specific regulatory requirements.

· Coordinate freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, transporters and warehouses.

· Monitor production readiness, dispatch, customs clearance,



vessel schedules and shipment tracking.

· Keep overseas customers informed and resolve documentation or logistics issues promptly.

· Develop export SOPs, country-wise compliance records and shipment checklists.

Requirements

· 5-10 years of experience in export operations, documentation or international logistics.

· Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation and customs coordination.

· Excellent written and verbal English communication.

· High attention to detail and solid ownership of timelines.

· Experience in food, feed, agriculture, veterinary products or food ingredients is preferred.

Education

· Graduate in Commerce, Business, Logistics or a related field. MBA in International Business or Diploma in Export Management preferred.

Equine industry experience is not required. Export execution expertise is the priority.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
