- • Set up and operate the Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) as per engineering drawings, job cards, and process sheets.

- Select and fit appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, jigs, and fixtures for each machining operation.

- Load and unload raw material/components, ensuring correct clamping, alignment, and datum setting.

- Select or call the correct CNC program; make minor tool/work offset corrections as needed during the run.

- Monitor the machining cycle continuously and adjust feed/speed parameters to maintain quality and tool life.

- Carry out in-process and final inspection using measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, dial gauge, etc.) to ensure dimensional accuracy and tolerance compliance.

- Perform routine machine care: cleaning, lubrication, coolant top-up, and basic troubleshooting; report major faults promptly.

- Maintain production and inspection records, log sheets, and report machine downtime or rejections to the shift supervisor.

Follow standard safety procedures and 5S practices; keep the work area clean and organised

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
