*URGENT HIRING: Experienced Shadow Teacher / Special Educator*

*Location:* Kadugodi, Bangalore

*Role & Responsibilities:*

1. Provide 1:1 support to a child with special needs in school/therapy setup

2. Assist the child with academics, behavior management, and social skills

3. Coordinate with teachers, therapists, and parents for the child’s progress

4. Implement IEP goals and strategies suggested by professionals

5. Maintain daily reports and feedback

*Required Qualifications:*

- *Background:* Degree/Diploma in Psychology OR Special Education is preferred

- *Experience:* Minimum 1-2 years as Shadow Teacher / Special Educator

- *Skills:* Patience, communication skills, and ability to handle children with special needs

*Salary:* Up to ₹28,000/- per month

*Perks:* No additional transport allowance will be provided

*Joining:* Immediate / ASAP

Pay: ₹27,000.00 per month
