Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary

Vats Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Store Executive to manage inventory, maintain stock records, and ensure smooth material movement within the organization. The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills, knowledge of inventory management, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Issue materials to departments as per authorized requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about reorder requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward stock movements.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Accounts departments regarding inventory.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly stock reports.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduate.
- Experience: 1–3 years in Store, Inventory, or Warehouse Management.
- Computer Skills: MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of inventory software/Tally will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
