Position: CRM Executive
Location: Calicut (Kozhikode)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with the sales and counseling teams.
- Ensure timely communication with prospective and existing customers.
- Generate daily and weekly CRM reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
