Data Analyst

Experience: 2–4 Years | Type: Full-Time | Location: Pune, India (Remote / Hybrid / On-site)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across teams to build dashboards, reports, and data models — ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and clarity across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Design and maintain data models and support ETL pipeline workflows
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to support product and business decisions
- Work with data warehouses and cloud platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks) for large-scale data processing
- Translate complex data findings into clear, non-technical narratives for stakeholders

Required Skills

- Languages & Libraries: SQL (advanced), Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- BI & Visualisation: Power BI, Tableau, or Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
- Data Engineering Basics: ETL processes, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling
- Cloud Platforms: BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks
- Analytics: Statistical Analysis, A/B Testing, Business Intelligence
- Big Data: Familiarity with Apache Spark for large-scale data processing
- Soft Skills: Stakeholder communication, data storytelling, attention to detail

Preferred Skills





- Experience with Databricks or Apache Spark for distributed data processing
- Exposure to basic Machine Learning concepts (regression, classification, clustering)
- Familiarity with dbt (data build tool) for data transformation workflows
- Knowledge of data governance, data cataloguing, and data quality frameworks
- Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or equivalent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
