Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and executing projects.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
- Track project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and milestones.
- Communicate project updates to team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Identify project risks and escalate issues when necessary.
- Coordinate resources and ensure team members have the information needed to complete tasks.
- Monitor project progress and follow up on pending activities.
- Support procurement, vendor coordination, and contract administration when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and project standards.
- Prepare project status reports and presentations for management.

Required Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management support.




- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management .
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
