Job Description

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Execution Engineer to oversee and manage the execution of residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in site execution, quality control, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of construction phases in alignment with project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure execution as per drawings, design, and quality standards.

· Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and MEP teams to ensure smooth integration of various project elements.

· Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety protocols, and cost controls.

· Monitor contractor performance and manage labour resources to achieve productivity targets.

· Conduct regular quality checks, testing of construction materials, and ensure compliance with IS codes and relevant standards.

· Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports, labour reports, and material reconciliation.





· Liaise with procurement teams for timely delivery of materials.

· Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, approvals, and change orders.

· Support project managers in overall project planning, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.

.Interior & Fit-out Execution: MEP, False Ceiling (Gypsum/Grid), Flooring works, Painting & Polishing, Partition Works, Finishing Joinery & all finishing works.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices related to high-rise structures.

· Proficiency in construction drawings, bar bending schedules, and quantity estimation.

· Familiarity with construction software tools like MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.

· Excellent site management, team coordination, and leadership skills.

· Positive understanding of safety norms and quality standards in construction.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.

· Strong communication and reporting skills.

· Hands-on experience in executing high-rise projects (20+ floors) in residential or commercial segments.

Preferred Qualifications:

· B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Minimum Experience Required:

5- 6 Years of relevant experience of execution of civil work

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
