About the Role:
We are seeking a B.Com graduate with excellent understanding skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to join our team as an Operation Executive. This position involves working closely with clients to manage company incorporations and various registrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in the incorporation of companies, ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are met.
- Manage registrations, including but not limited to:
- AD Code registration
- Import and Export Code (IEC) registration
- MSME registration
- GST registration
- Coordinate with government authorities and clients to facilitate smooth completion of processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all documentation and registration activities.
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding the status of their applications and registrations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- Strong understanding and problem-solving skills to address client requirements effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with clients and authorities.
- Basic knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to company operations and registrations is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge.
