We are seeking a talented and results-driven SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) Specialist to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in search engine optimization and a passion for staying ahead of emerging AI search technologies.

As part of our team, you will develop and execute SEO strategies that improve organic rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance visibility across both traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search performance.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve issues.
- Optimize on-page elements including titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and content.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical off-page SEO practices.
- Implement structured data and Schema markup.
- Improve website performance and Core Web Vitals.
- Optimize content for AI search platforms using GEO and AEO best practices.
- Track SEO performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush,



and other SEO tools.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and the latest developments in AI-driven search.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in SEO.
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.
- Experience with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Schema.org, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with international SEO campaigns.
- Knowledge of local SEO strategies.
- Experience optimizing content for AI-powered search platforms.
- Certifications in Google Analytics or SEO are an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
