Job Summary

Bluekode Academy is looking for energetic and goal-oriented individuals to join our Business Development team. This role is ideal for freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and business growth. Interns will receive hands-on training and a stipend will be provided during the internship.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with prospective students and clients.
- Promote Bluekode Academy's training programs and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, follow-ups, and other outreach activities.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Convert enquiries into admissions and business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
- Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams.




- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree (Any discipline) or Final Year Students.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
