Marketplace Operations

- Manage daily operations across Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, JioMart, and Moglix.
- Monitor account health dashboards and promptly resolve policy warnings, listing suppressions, and performance notifications.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams for escalations and issue resolution.

Catalog & Listing Management

- Create, upload, and maintain product listings.
- Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and images.
- Ensure listings comply with marketplace policies and remain error-free.

Order & Inventory Management

- Process and monitor daily orders.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely dispatch.
- Track delayed shipments, cancellations, returns, replacements, and RTOs.
- Maintain accurate inventory across all marketplaces and prevent stock-outs.





Pricing & Sales Growth

- Monitor competitor pricing and recommend pricing strategies.
- Support Amazon PPC and Flipkart Ads campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, ACOS, ROAS, conversions, and sales growth.

Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze sales trends, inventory movement, return rates, and operational KPIs.
- Recommend process improvements based on data insights.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- E-Commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
