This is a foundation-stage role. The expectation is ownership, speed, and discipline.
- Take complete ownership of assigned requirements from brief to closure
- Deliver relevant shortlists, not bulk CVs
- Maintain daily activity and pipeline visibility
- Build and follow simple recruitment processes and trackers
- Communicate clearly with candidates and clients, no gaps, no excuses
- Follow up relentlessly until closure or a clear stop decision
- Handle pressure, targets, and rejections without dropping standards
- Work ethically with candidate data and client commitments
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
