Summary:
As an Enterprise Architect, a typical day involves defining and implementing comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies that align with organizational goals. This role requires envisioning and articulating a transparent and compelling architecture vision, establishing a target state for the enterprise, and developing a detailed transformation roadmap. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure the architecture supports business objectives and adapts to evolving technological landscapes. The Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization through complex changes by providing strategic direction and fostering collaboration across multiple teams to achieve seamless integration and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of enterprise architecture frameworks that support business transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate alignment between business strategies and technology solutions to ensure cohesive and scalable infrastructure.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of network design principles, including routing, switching, and security protocols.
- Experience with enterprise-level network architecture and infrastructure planning.
- Ability to analyze complex network environments and recommend scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and hybrid infrastructure integration.
- Skilled in evaluating emerging network technologies and their potential impact on enterprise architecture.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
