Career Services & Alumni Relations Officer (Hybrid)

Job type - Internship leading to Full-time

We are seeking a proactive and organised intern (can lead to full time) to support the Career Services and Alumni Relations team. This hybrid role offers exposure to student placements, employer engagement, alumni outreach, data management, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the coordination of internship and placement opportunities, including posting roles, screening student profiles, and maintaining application records.
- Cold Calling and set up meetings for the reporting Manager across Fashion,Design,Luxury industries
- Assist with employer outreach, follow-ups, job-description management, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain accurate student, placement, employer , alumni databases.
- Support alumni engagement initiatives, including outreach, relationship management, newsletters, networking sessions, and alumni events.
- Coordinate communication with students and alumni via email, phone, and digital platforms.
- Assist in preparing placement reports, success stories, testimonials, presentations, and social-media content.
- Provide administrative and on-ground support for career workshops,



industry talks, campus recruitment drives, and alumni engagement activities.

Preferred Profile

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
- Interest in career development, education, recruitment, events, or relationship management.
- Professional, responsive, and confident while interacting with students, alumni, and industry partners.

- Stipend : 15k-30k per month
- Start Date : immediate
