Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade Pega solutions. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Pega PRPC, solution architecture, application design, integrations, and technical leadership.

This role requires someone who can architect scalable Pega applications, mentor development teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality enterprise solutions while following Pega best practices and guardrails.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Pega application development projects from design through deployment.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Pega solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Develop and review application architecture, data models, UI design, and business rules.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications and external systems.
- Review application scalability, extensibility, performance, and security.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and best practices.
- Perform application troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning, and system optimization.
- Review unit tests, test cases, and support quality assurance activities.




- Monitor application health and recommend continuous improvements.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to enterprise development standards.
- Stay updated with the latest Pega features, technologies, and industry best practices.

- Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC Platform.
- Expertise in Pega Application Design & Development.
- Experience in Solution Architecture and Technical Design.
- Strong understanding of Application Scalability & Extensibility.
- Experience with Data Modeling & Database Design.
- Knowledge of Database Integration and Enterprise Integrations.
- Expertise in User Interface Development.
- Strong understanding of Decisioning & Business Rules.
- Experience with Security, Access Controls, and Governance.
- Application Performance Optimization and System Health Monitoring.
- Rule Management and Guardrails Review.
- Requirement Analysis and Solution Design.
- Troubleshooting, Debugging, and Performance Tuning.
- Technical Leadership and Team Mentoring.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise Pega implementations.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Experience leading distributed development teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Experience:

- Pega PRPC Platform: 8 years (Preferred)
