- 2+ years of Technical recruitment experience.
- Contacting candidates, Sourcing , following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.
- Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.
- Work with defined SLA and achieve closure
- Work as an individual contributor and provide guidance to the junior recruiters in the team.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Robust interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Quick learner and ability to adapt to a fast and changing environment
- Strong work ethic and a personal commitment to high-quality deliverables
- Positive attitude and high on energy, flexible.
