We are hiring a Tender & RFP Executive for our firm to manage end-to-end bid documentation for opportunities. The role requires strong attention to detail, ownership of deadlines, and the ability to handle compliance-heavy documentation in a structured manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and track relevant tender opportunities from GeM and other e-procurement portals
- Review RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs to understand scope, eligibility criteria, and submission requirements
- Prepare, compile, and finalize technical and financial bid documents as per tender specifications
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (partners, audit/tax teams, finance, legal) to gather required inputs
- Ensure all documentation (annexures, declarations, certifications, credentials) is accurate and complete
- Take full ownership of completing all paperwork well before submission deadlines to avoid last-minute errors or delays
- Manage timely submission of bids across portals, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines
- Track submitted tenders, results, and maintain a database for future reference
- Stay updated with PSU procurement guidelines and compliance requirements

Eligibility Criteria





- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com), BBA, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in tendering/RFP preparation (preferably in CA firm or consulting setup)
- Familiarity with tender processes and documentation standards

Required Skills

- Strong documentation and drafting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and compliance orientation
- Positive communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously under tight timelines

Preferred Skills

- Experience with GeM and other government e-tender portals
- Basic understanding of audit, taxation, and advisory services
- Knowledge of technical and financial evaluation criteria in tenders
