Position: HR Executive

Eligibility

- MBA (HR) / MSW / BBA / B.Com / Any Graduate
- Freshers only (2025–2026 pass-outs are welcome)

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment and interview coordination.
- Screen resumes and schedule candidate interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee onboarding and induction.
- Coordinate attendance and leave records.
- Assist with HR administration and daily office activities.
- Communicate with candidates and employees professionally.
- Support employee engagement and HR-related initiatives.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Valuable organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
