About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, audience engagement, and digital trends while being capable of planning and executing social media strategies that drive growth, brand awareness, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars for all social media platforms.
- Create, publish, and schedule engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and videos.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to produce high-quality content.
- Manage day-to-day activities on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions to maintain solid audience engagement.
- Track key performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends,



platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Plan and execute influencer collaborations and campaign promotions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support product launches, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to improve content performance.
- Assist in running paid social media campaigns by coordinating with the performance marketing team.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative thinking with an eye for visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Experience using scheduling and management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding principles.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
