We are seeking a smart, confident, and highly organized Front Desk Executive who will be the first point of contact for our clients and represent our brand with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp queries, and email correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with counsellors
- Maintain client records and front desk documentation
- Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations
- Support the team with administrative coordination
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate preferred (Minimum 12th pass required)
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi required; Punjabi preferred)
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and computer operations
- Prior experience in immigration, consultancy, or customer service will be an advantage
