Hiring Alert | Junior Site Engineer – Geotechnical Testing

We are looking for passionate and field-oriented Civil Engineering graduates who are eager to build a career in advanced geotechnical engineering and site investigation.

Location: Project Sites Across India (Field-Based Locations)

Experience: 1 to 2 Year

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Employment Type: Full-Time

As a Junior Site Engineer – Geotechnical Testing, you will get hands-on exposure to specialized in-situ geotechnical investigations and advanced field testing methods used in major infrastructure and foundation projects across India.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy fieldwork, learning advanced testing techniques, and working on challenging engineering projects.

Key Exposure & Responsibilities:

Pressure meter Testing (PMT) in soil and rock

Field Permeability Testing

Packer Testing for rock mass permeability assessment

Borehole coordination and field investigations

Equipment setup, calibration, and troubleshooting

Field data collection, logging, and reporting support

Exposure to IS Codes, ASTM standards, and site safety practices

Coordination with drilling and geotechnical investigation teams

Skills We Are Looking For:

✔ Basic understanding of Soil Mechanics & Rock Mechanics

✔ Interest in geotechnical field investigations

✔ Good observation and data recording skills

✔ Basic MS Excel knowledge





✔ Willingness to travel and work at remote project sites

✔ Solid learning attitude and adaptability

Preferred Exposure:

Internship/project experience in geotechnical investigations

Knowledge of instrumentation, hydraulic systems, or sensors

Exposure to drilling operations or borehole logging
