About The Role
Zentha Holdings is looking for a confident and professional Client Acquisition Manager to interact with premium clients, coordinate property visits, and represent the company professionally. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a polished personality, and a sophisticated appearance suitable for dealing with elite clientele in the luxury real estate sector.
The role involves client interaction, relationship management, and site visit coordination across nearby locations in Himachal Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect and interact with clients professionally through virtual and in-person interactions
- Coordinate and schedule luxury property visits for clients
- Showcase premium real estate and farmhouse properties to potential clients
- Maintain professional relationships with high-value clients
- Travel to nearby locations in Himachal Pradesh for client meetings and site visits
- Maintain client records and follow-up details regularly
- Represent the company with professionalism and confidence
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory)
- 0-4 years of experience in client handling or customer interaction roles
- Open to traveling 2-3 hours to nearby locations in Himachal Pradesh
- Professional personality with robust presentation skills
- Sophisticated dressing sense and well-groomed appearance are important
- Candidate should be confident, presentable, and well-spoken
- Graduates preferred
Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
