HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR Generalist activities, Payroll, and Administration with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

Process monthly payroll and maintain payroll records.

Manage employee attendance, leave, and statutory documentation.

Maintain employee files and HR documentation.

Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.

Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination and candidate communication.

Handle HR administration and office administration activities.

Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations.





Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other administrative documents as required.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.

1–2 years of experience as an HR Generalist.

Hands-on experience in Payroll Processing, HR Operations, and Administration.

Knowledge of attendance management, leave management, and employee documentation.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹12,643.88 - ₹20,364.40 per month
