We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales & Marketing Intern who enjoys meeting people, visiting retail stores, speaking with customers, and generating business. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in field sales, customer relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retail shops, garment stores, gift shops, printing businesses, and corporate offices to introduce CUTFITMERCH products and services.
- Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, WhatsApp, email, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers and business customers.
- Present product catalogues, samples, and pricing to potential clients.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into orders.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain daily records of customer visits, calls, leads, and sales activities.
- Identify recent business opportunities in assigned areas.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales and revenue targets.

Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Confidence in meeting new people and pitching products.
- Basic negotiation and sales skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred (not mandatory).

Eligibility

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any discipline.
- Freshers with a passion for sales and marketing are encouraged to apply.
