Implementation / Process Manager (ERM Corporate)

In this role, you will act as the key orchestrator for ERM implementations, translating client requirements into structured, scalable, and high-impact solutions. Your core mission is to ensure successful delivery of projects and strategic initiatives within our ERM vertical, while driving operational excellence and consistency.

As an Implementation / Process Manager, you will

Drive and support ERM initiatives, ensuring adherence to project standards and realization of defined business outcomes
Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure standardized, best practice-driven processes
Act as a subject matter expert across processes, projects, and ERM-related solutions
Provide practical, scalable recommendations aligned with BCD Travel’s operating model, culture, and industry context
Serve as a key liaison between account teams, regional stakeholders, and project teams
Identify and implement best practices in customer experience and operational efficiency, both within and beyond the travel industry
Support cross-functional alignment across Operations, Account Management, Technology, and Finance to deliver successful project outcomes




Conduct risk assessments and proactively develop mitigation and contingency plans

About you

Experience in the corporate travel industry at least 2+ years, including agency operations
Strong understanding of BCD Travel processes, services, and operational frameworks
Hands-on experience with travel technology (GDS(Amadeus), OBTs, scripts, fulfillment tools, etc.)
Experience working in a global / matrix organization with cross-cultural stakeholders
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, both internally and externally
Proven organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines
