We are seeking a seasoned Project Head to lead end-to-end execution of Residential Rooftop (PM Surya Ghar), C&I;, and Ground-Mounted solar projects across India. You will own project P&L;, timelines, quality, safety, and client satisfaction — managing multiple concurrent projects, site teams, vendors, DISCOM liaison, and net metering to deliver profitable, on-time completions.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end project lifecycle: survey, design coordination, planning, procurement support, execution, commissioning, and handover
- Conduct/oversee site surveys, feasibility assessments, and shadow analysis for rooftop and ground-mounted sites
- Prepare detailed project plans, execution schedules, resource plans, and milestone trackers (MS Project/Primavera)
- Drive material planning, BOM validation, and inventory coordination with procurement and stores
- Lead, mentor, and manage project engineers, site supervisors, and installation teams across regions
- Manage vendor and subcontractor onboarding, negotiation, work orders, and performance evaluation
- Coordinate with DISCOMs for approvals, inspections, meter installation, and grid synchronization
- Track and expedite net metering applications and PM Surya Ghar portal milestones




- Enforce quality control through stage-wise inspections, checklists, and QA/QC audits
- Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety norms, work-at-height protocols, and HSE standards
- Serve as senior escalation point for client communication, reviews, and satisfaction
- Own project profitability: budget control, cost tracking, variance analysis, and margin protection
- Identify project risks early and implement mitigation and recovery plans
- Handle multiple simultaneous projects (residential clusters, C&I; sites, MW-scale plants)
- Publish MIS dashboards on progress, cost, quality, and manpower to leadership
- Drive commissioning, performance testing, punch-list closure, and documentation handover
- Support O&M; transition and warranty issue resolution post-commissioning
- Continuously improve SOPs, execution productivity, and per-kW installation cost

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
