- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or field hiring.
- Experience in bulk hiring or blue-collar hiring is preferred.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for recruitment activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
