We are looking for an Inventory Executive to manage all handle inventory, inward material processing, PO coordination, and support queries.
Inventory Executive roles and responsibility includes
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain stock records and ensure inventory accuracy
- Handle inward material receipt, checking & GRN entry
- Verify goods against PO and delivery challans
- Track and manage purchase orders
- Coordinate with procurement & vendors for discrepancies
- Verify invoices with PO & GRN for accounts payable
- Support timely payment processing
Location: Bhandup
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1+ years of work experience in inventory in FMCG or similar is preferred
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
