Roles

- Perform precision soldering of PCBAs and electronic components in accordance with work instructions, IPC standards, and quality requirements.
- Inspect solder joints, identify defects, and carry out rework or repairs to ensure product reliability and functionality.
- Operate and maintain soldering tools, equipment, and workstations while following ESD and safety procedures.
- Record production activities, report quality issues promptly, and support continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets.

Requirements

- 0 to 6 month experience in Soldering.
- Freshers with Diploma or ITI can apply. (No BE/BTech)
- Should have basic soldering skills.

Work Culture

- Permanent and On-roll employment
- 5 days working with general shifts (9 to 6pm)
