HR Assistant – Payroll

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Description

Horizon Prime Hospital is looking for a detail-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated HR Assistant – Payroll to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for payroll coordination, onboarding formalities, employee documentation, attendance management, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate recent staff joining formalities, onboarding coordination, and hospital induction
- Coordinate with departments and assist in employee introductions and hospital rounds
- Maintain employee attendance, punching records, and late mark tracking
- Assist in payroll processing and maintain HR documentation and employee files
- Ensure completion and filing of joining documents, health checkups, and compliance records
- Conduct HR system and policy orientation for new employees
- Manage staff uniform distribution and maintain issuance records
- Coordinate employee engagement activities such as birthday celebrations and staff events
- Handle administrative support tasks including stationery and coupon coordination




- Conduct hostel rounds and report maintenance concerns when required
- Follow up on pending employee documents and maintain proper records
- Perform multitasking responsibilities and support overall HR operations as required

Skills Required

- Knowledge of payroll and HR operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency
- Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities
- Self-motivated, energetic, and responsible attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good multitasking and organizational skills

Experience

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR, payroll, administration, or accounting
- Hospital experience will be preferred

Qualification

- Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred

Working Hours

- 9 hours duty
- Candidates residing near Thane will be preferred
