About the Role

Moe's Casa Mexicana is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry and possess strong leadership, operational, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with brand standards.
- Achieve daily sales targets and drive store profitability.
- Manage shift scheduling, manpower allocation, and task delegation.
- Handle cash management, billing, POS operations, and end-of-day closing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering to avoid shortages.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct daily shift briefings and maintain effective communication with the team.
- Assist in onboarding and training recent employees.
- Prepare and submit operational reports to the Store Manager.





Required Skills

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a QSR as a Shift Manager, Floor Manager, or Assistant Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory, cash handling, and POS systems.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Qualification

- Graduate preferred (Hospitality background is an added advantage).
- Relevant experience in QSR operations is mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
