Position: IT Operations Lead

Location: Mumbai (Near Lower Parel)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overall IT operations management for PAN India locations.

2. Administration and management of Microsoft 365 (O365) environment

3. Required Hands-on with Zscaler, Crowdstrike and Microsoft 365 environement

4. End-user desktop, laptop, and IT infrastructure support.

5. Management of IT assets and user-level IT resources across multiple locations.

6. Coordination and management of onsite IT engineers deployed at various plants and offices.

7. Incident management, service delivery, and user support.

8. Coordination with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth IT operations.

9. Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and operational SLAs.





Experience Required:

1. Strong experience in IT operations and end-user support.

2. Hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 (O365) administration.

3. Experience managing distributed IT teams and multiple locations.

4. Positive knowledge of desktop support, IT infrastructure, asset management, and user administration.

5. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
