Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Real Estate Sales Person to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Conduct project presentations and property briefings
- Arrange and lead site visits with clients
- Follow up with clients for closures and deal finalization
- Maintain robust relationships with potential buyers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with pre-sales and CRM for smooth documentation
- Keep updated knowledge of market trends and project details

Requirements:





- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Sales experience preferred (Real Estate experience is an advantage)
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills
- Own vehicle preferred
