Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about XR technology and possess strong communication and business development skills. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge XR solutions. 2.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively prospect and generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our XR products and services to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies and achieve growth targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the XR market.
- Prepare reports and forecasts, tracking key metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications

a. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field or MBA

b. Proven experience in business development, preferably in the technology or software industry.

Strong understanding of XR technology and its applications is a plus.

d. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

e. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

f. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
