Job Title: Billing Executive

Job Description:

Overview: The Billing Executive will be responsible for managing the billing process for an elevator manufacturing company, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and maintaining financial records. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Invoice Generation: Prepare and issue accurate invoices for products and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and client contracts.
- Billing Reconciliation: Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve issues with customers and internal teams.
- Payment Tracking: Monitor and track payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and manage collection efforts.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate billing records, ensuring all transactions are documented and filed appropriately.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, or related field.
- Experience: Freshers are also welcome and




- 0 - 2 years of experience in billing or invoicing, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industry.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel & accounting software (e.g., ERP systems), & E-way bill generation and positive communication skills.
- Attributes: High level of accuracy, ability to handle multiple tasks, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
