About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented Retail Cashier to join our team at our women’s retail clothing store in Vastrapur. As the final point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth checkout experience, maintaining excellent customer service, and representing our brand with a warm and welcoming attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Billing & Transactions: Handle cash, credit/debit card, and UPI (GPay/PhonePe) transactions accurately using our POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly during checkout, answer basic inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Cash Management: Count Money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure amounts are correct and shortages are minimized.
- Bagging & Packaging: Neatly fold and pack purchased items according to store standards.
- Store Support: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized billing counter. Periodically help with restocking or organizing inventory near the counter during slow hours.
- Returns & Exchanges:



Process product returns and exchanges in alignment with store policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma/12th pass or higher (Graduates preferred).
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a retail cashier or in a similar customer-facing role (Experience in women’s retail or fashion is a plus).
- Skills:
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Familiarity with electronic equipment, like POS registers and barcode scanners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Gujarati/Hindi (English is a bonus).
- Traits: High level of integrity, punctuality, and a polite, customer-first attitude.
